The 5-Star Insurance Innovators report highlights companies that are raising the bar in innovation and are seen to be actively moving the insurance industry forward.
Last year, we released our new broking system, PF LIVE, which promises to provide the best funding experience in the industry.
In addition to streamlining the process of creating quotes and contracts, PF LIVE now provides the following industry-first features, including:
- In-depth reporting brokers can use to review their premium funding strategies and identify key growth areas.
- We created a client profile view to align with the way brokers’ own CRMs work. Brokers can view a client’s past and present contracts, communications and payment history, as well as be able to perform all required transactions, from one convenient location.
- Updating in real-time, the Activity Feed shows the broker what all of their premium funding clients have been up to, including when they log into our online acceptance platform, submit a contract, miss a payment and when we send them a communication.
Demonstrating our commitment to innovation, we have several enhancements to PF LIVE in the pipeline. In the coming months, we look forward to rolling out additional self-service capabilities including online cancellations, the ability to update clients’ payment and contact details online and a client self-service portal.
